QUINCE JAM
Ingredients
1 kg of quinces
1 kg sugar
water
Preparation
Peel and cut the quinces. Put them to simmer in a pot with some water and sugar.
Let cook for at least 1 hour. After this time, blend it. It's more authentic if you crush with a fork until a paste that will stay, but if you want to go faster and do not wish to be enclosed in pieces, use a mixer.
Serve this cold dessert, accompanied by a few slices of cheese.
